Applications
SiSiB® HF2030-M134 fluid is used in for Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition(PECVD) of glass on a variety of substrates at low temperature.

SiSiB® HF2030-M134 fluid is also employed in reductive halogenation of aldehydes and epoxides.
